2. Products

We sell downloadable PDF activity books and related printable materials for children. Product pages state the number of pages, the age range and what is included. All products are digital; nothing physical is shipped.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Current prices: Focus & Attention ₹299; Brain Gym ₹299; Bilateral Coordination ₹299; Focus Pack ₹349; Complete BrainKids System ₹499. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully captured. If a payment fails or is pending, no order is created and no files are delivered.

4. Delivery

Download links are shown on screen after successful payment and emailed to the address you provide, normally within a few minutes. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Licence and permitted use

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download, print and use the files for children in your own household, for as long as you like, with unlimited reprints.

You may not resell, share, upload, redistribute, sublicense or publicly post the files or any part of them. Files may carry an invisible watermark linked to your order. Schools, tutors, clinics and group settings require a separate licence; write to us.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Website and in the products, including text, illustrations, page designs and the BrainKids name and logo, is owned by or licensed to EpicX Ventures and protected by Indian and international copyright law.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Accuracy of information

We try to keep product descriptions accurate. If a product is materially different from its description, contact us within 7 days and we will correct it or refund you.

9. Not medical advice

BrainKids materials are learning and activity resources. They are not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment or substitute for assessment by a qualified occupational therapist, paediatrician or psychologist.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
