Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want every BrainKids purchase to work for your child. This policy explains when you can cancel and how refunds work.
1. Cancellation
Because the files are delivered instantly after payment, an order cannot be cancelled once payment is captured. If you paid by mistake or were charged twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate immediately.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
If the books do not suit your child, email or WhatsApp us the word "refund" with your order number within 7 days of purchase. We refund the full amount. No form and no questions.
3. How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay (UPI, card, net banking or wallet). We initiate the refund within 48 hours of your request; your bank or UPI app usually shows it within 5 to 7 working days.
4. Not refundable
Requests made after the 7-day window, or orders where the licence has been breached (for example, files shared or resold), are not eligible for a refund.
5. Problems with your files
If a download link does not work or a file will not open, write to us and we will resend or replace it at no charge, at any time, not only within 7 days.
