Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Everything we sell is a digital download. Nothing is posted, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or customs.
1. What you receive
PDF files of the books and bonuses you purchased, in A4 size, printable at home or at any print shop, in colour or black and white.
2. When
Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you are taken to a download page. The same links are emailed to the address you entered at checkout, normally within one minute. In rare cases where a bank takes longer to confirm a payment, delivery can take up to 24 hours.
3. If the email does not arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from hello@brainkids.in. If it is not there after 10 minutes, write to us with your order number and we will resend the links manually.
4. Re-downloads
Your links can be refreshed at any time. Lost them? Email us and we will send new ones. There is no limit on reprints.
5. Delivery area
Worldwide, since nothing is shipped. Prices are in Indian Rupees.
